Prefix terms in host-associated packages

Description

HI,

We noticed that many of the attributes within the env_packages for host (eg., host-associated) are defined as being attributes for the host but they are not prefixed by the term "host". For example, "sex" is defined as "physical sex of the host" - this should be changed to "host sex" so that it is clear within a sample/structured comment that the value relates to the host. This is true for all of the packages where we define host attributes:

host-associated
human-associated (all human packages)
plant-associated

thanks.
Anji
